Hoskins Hollow Farms is a pasture-based farm in Kings Valley, Oregon, currently producing high-quality, pasture-raised eggs for local families and restaurants.

We manage a flock of 500+ laying hens, with another 350 birds coming into production soon allowing us to grow while maintaining consistency and reliable supply.

Looking Ahead

We are currently finalizing our egg handler’s license and expanding into wholesale distribution, while continuing to focus on strong egg production, fencing, and animal welfare.

As we grow, we will be introducing pasture-raised broilers, pork, and select dairy products, with a target rollout in early Spring 2027. Our approach is to build each step the right way—allowing our systems and land to naturally support the next phase of production.
